uNeedIT provides computer repair, remote IT support, on-site services, and small business technology support. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Service Disclaimer
While we make every effort to resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally, uNeedIT does not guarantee:
That all issues can be resolved
That data will not be lost during repair
That hardware failures can be predicted or prevented
Clients are responsible for maintaining proper data backups prior to service. uNeedIT is not liable for data loss unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Remote Support Consent
By initiating a remote support session, you acknowledge and authorize uNeedIT to access your device for the purpose of troubleshooting and repair.
You understand that:
Remote access will be temporary unless otherwise agreed.
You may end the session at any time.
You are responsible for supervising the session when possible.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless a written agreement or subscription plan is in place.
Accepted payment methods may include:
Credit/Debit Card
Cash
Electronic Transfer
Business Invoice (approved clients)
Late payments may result in service suspension.
5. Subscription & Managed Services
For monthly service plans:
Services include remote support during normal business hours unless otherwise specified.
After-hours support may incur additional fees.
Subscriptions may be canceled with written notice per agreement terms.
Unused time does not roll over unless stated in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
uNeedIT shall not be held liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Business interruption
Loss of revenue
Data corruption or hardware failure beyond reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
7. Warranty on Services
uNeedIT guarantees that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner based on the information available at the time of service.
Hardware warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, and materials are property of uNeedIT and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Privacy
uNeedIT respects client privacy. Personal information and system data accessed during service will not be shared or sold. Data is accessed strictly for repair and troubleshooting purposes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
